Rarely leave reviews, but the exceptional overall experience of 1) fine tuning the custom fitting for my Weber grill along with the 2) personal, individualized communications with their design specialist in order to obtain exacting measurements for a fairly complex grill cover design that resulted in 3) an unparalleled quality of fit, design detail and materials allows me to honestly write that I would strongly recommend this company to anyone desiring the best for their expensive grill. The cost is very reasonable, especially compared to the suboptimal quality and fit of the vast majority of covers available on the market.

I’m am so pleased with the fit of the cover for the BBQ and also with the fabric…it feels much more weatherproof than other we have had. We went for the drawstring which I am a little disappointed with hence four star rather than five. The drawstring does not go all the way round but it just on the four corners and it is very stiff. Also it is difficult to reach the back drawstrings. I think if the wind gets up high I might have to tie a rope around it. There could be a bit more explanation about each of the tie down mechanisms on the website. I would definitely have gone for something else had I known more. Cover is still great though and I would recommend it!

Overall – I like this cover but it was somewhat of a hassle to order and the one issue I wanted to be correct – was not. I have a VERY common 3 burner Weber gas grill for which you would think they would have specs in their data base – but apparently not. So they kept emailing me for additional measurements every few days. I guess give them credit for trying to get it right – but again – this is a grill that has been sold for years and there are probably hundreds of thousands in use. Lastly – the one thing I really wanted was that the skirt of the cover would be 3 inches off my patio because we get a lot of snow and I didn’t want it frozen in the snow and sucking up moisture because it will always be wet and rot. Well of course when I finally received it – it drags on the ground. So now we are going to have to try and hem it with heavy thread or some other method. The remainder of the measurements were fine. BUT the one measurement I cared most about was a failure on their part.

Very pleased with the overall product. I made the mistake of “over-estimating” the true dimensions of the grill. As a result my cover is a bit too large. The lifting handles are too low. I suggest the manufacturer move the lifting handles MUCH higher up the sides of the cover by at least 12-14″ to make it easier to lift off the grill.
