Website Use

CoversForge grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to access and use this website for shopping, product research, order placement, and customer support.

You agree not to:

• Copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or misuse website content or technology.

Orders and Order Acceptance

When you place an order, you agree that all information submitted is accurate and complete. This includes product type, dimensions, shape, color, material, quantity, shipping address, billing information, and customization details.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or request clarification for any order if information is incomplete, unavailable, suspicious, technically unclear, or unsuitable for production.

Custom-Made Products

Many CoversForge products are custom-made according to customer-provided measurements, selected options, and customization requirements. Once production starts, a custom product cannot be resold to another customer.

For this reason:

• Custom-made products are final sale after production begins.
• Custom products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded due to customer preference changes.
• Customer-submitted measurement, spelling, logo, shape, or design errors are the customer’s responsibility.
• Eligible production issues are handled by correction or replacement, not by refund.

Measurements and Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for measuring correctly and submitting accurate product dimensions. CoversForge produces custom covers based on the information provided by the customer.

Before placing an order, please check:

• Width, depth, height, diameter, and any required shape details.
• Whether you measured the item itself or allowed extra space where needed.
• Fabric, color, attachment, grommet, tie-down, and customization selections.
• Spelling, logo files, and any personalization instructions.

Pricing and Payment

Prices are listed on the website and may change without prior notice. The final order price may depend on product type, size, material, customization, quantity, shipping, taxes, or discounts.

Payment must be completed before an order is processed. We may use third-party payment processors to securely handle payments. CoversForge does not intend to store full credit card information on our own website systems.

Comparable Price Protection

Eligible customers may request a comparison before ordering or within 14 days after purchase under our Comparable Price Protection. The competing offer must be genuine, currently purchasable, and comparable in product type, dimensions, material, workmanship, options, quantity, delivery destination, shipping, and service terms.

An approved post-purchase difference is a price adjustment returned to the original payment method. It is not a product return or cancellation and does not change the final-sale, production, replacement, shipping, tax, duty, or payment-service terms that otherwise apply.

Production, Proofs, and Shipping

Production and delivery dates shown on the website or provided by our team are estimates only. Actual timing may vary due to order complexity, material availability, customer response time, production workload, carrier delays, customs processing, holidays, or events beyond our control.

Proofs and clarification requests

If we request approval, corrected measurements, photos, or additional information, your order may be delayed until we receive a clear response. If no response is received, we may place the order on hold or use reasonable judgment based on the available information.

Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

Custom-made products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded after production. If a CoversForge production error makes the product unusable, we will provide a free replacement or correction after reviewing and confirming the issue.

Production errors may include:

• The product was made in a size different from the approved order details.
• The product was made in the wrong shape based on the confirmed design.
• The wrong fabric, color, or approved customization was used.
• A serious manufacturing defect makes the product unusable.

User Content and Uploaded Files

If you upload logos, artwork, photos, measurements, drawings, or other files, you confirm that you have the right to use them and allow CoversForge to use them for your order, production, customer support, and related service purposes.

You are responsible for ensuring uploaded content does not violate any copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights of another person or business.

Color, Material, and Size Variation

Product colors may appear different due to screen settings, lighting, photography, fabric texture, and material batch variation. Small color differences are not considered production errors.

Custom covers are cut, sewn, folded, and finished using fabric materials. Minor measurement variation may occur during normal custom production and is not considered a defect unless it makes the product unusable and is confirmed as a CoversForge production error.

Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, layout, graphics, product images, logos, icons, designs, and other materials, belongs to CoversForge or its content providers unless stated otherwise.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, or use our website content for commercial purposes without written permission from CoversForge.

Third-Party Services and Links

Our website may use third-party services for payment processing, shipping, analytics, email, forms, marketing, or other website functions. These third parties may have their own terms and privacy policies.

CoversForge is not responsible for third-party websites, tools, policies, or services that are not controlled by us.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do our best to provide accurate product information, but we do not guarantee that the website will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or fully up to date.
