The team was very persistent in getting exactly the right measurements for my very odd shaped egg type barbecue. They went over the measurements again and again and we corrected them until we got it just right. They sent me the product and it fit just fine. I would say if I had any complaint that they really need to take more time in folding and packaging the product because it’ll be a long time before it regains a flat type of shape. It was basically rolled into a ball and shipped and that was not good. But eventually it will shape out I know that and it is not a big deal.
